We also prepare all necessary documents related to transfer of shares, formation of branches, change of legal representatives and other data related to company as well as registration of all changes in Business Registry Agency.
In the same manner we provide support to our clients through the process of company liquidation - from preparation of necessary acts required for liquidation, until registration of all acts and financial reports.
Mergers and acquisitions
In cases when our clients intent to buy another company or the merge with it, we prepare detailed report (legal due diligence) on the legal status of the company: its assets, liabilities, employees, its compliance with the law. In case where after such report the decision of merging or acquisition is finally made, we prepare all the necessary documents and represent the clients in the registration of such transactions.
Contracts
We prepare all kinds of contracts and in negotiation process as well as in preparation of contract text, we act practically and efficiently but always with an aim to fully protect our client’s interests.

Criminal and Infringement Proceedings
